Paid Media Specialist (Part-Time, EST)

About the Company

Our client is an emerging US-based digital marketing consultancy supporting businesses across multiple industries, including eCommerce, healthcare, and professional services.

The business helps clients generate leads and sales through paid advertising, marketing automation, CRM solutions, and AI-enabled customer engagement tools. As the client portfolio continues to grow, the company is building its first dedicated marketing support team and is looking for a hands-on specialist who can help develop, implement, and optimize paid media strategies.

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and adaptable Paid Media Specialist with strong experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.

This role will be responsible for both the strategic and executional aspects of paid media, including campaign planning, setup, monitoring, optimization, and performance analysis. The ideal candidate should be particularly confident in Google Ads and capable of independently identifying opportunities to improve campaign performance.

The role will initially begin on a part-time basis, with the opportunity to transition into a full-time position as the company acquires more clients and expands its service offerings.

This is a 100% remote position.

Responsibilities

  • Paid Media Strategy: Develop campaign strategies based on each client’s goals, target audience, budget, and industry.

  • Campaign Management: Build, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads.

  • Research and Planning: Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, competitor analysis, and campaign planning.

  • Campaign Optimization: Monitor and optimize campaigns to improve leads, sales, conversions, and return on ad spend.

  • Performance Reporting: Analyze campaign performance and provide clear reports, insights, and recommendations.

  • Amazon PPC Support: Support Amazon advertising campaigns when required, including keyword, bid, and search term optimization.

  • Marketing Automation: Assist with email campaigns, CRM updates, GoHighLevel workflows, and other marketing automation activities.

  • Documentation: Maintain organized campaign records, reports, and supporting documentation.

Competencies and Qualifications

Must-Have

  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns.

  • Strong experience with Google Ads, including campaign setup, keyword research, bidding, optimization, and performance analysis.

  • Solid experience managing Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.

  • Ability to handle both paid media strategy and campaign execution.

  • Experience optimizing campaigns for leads, sales, conversions, and return on ad spend.

  • Strong understanding of audience targeting, conversion tracking, campaign testing, and reporting.

  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned campaigns.

  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills

Nice-to-Have
  • Experience managing Amazon PPC or Amazon Advertising campaigns.

  • Experience using GoHighLevel.

  • Exposure to CRM, email marketing, automation, or AI chatbot tools.

  • Experience with eCommerce and lead-generation clients.

  • Experience supporting a digital marketing agency, consultant, or growing startup.

  • Basic copywriting experience for ads, emails, or other marketing content.
