Working Hours: 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM PHT (standard) / 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM PHT (during US daylight savings)

Night Differential: Additional 10%

About the Opportunity

We’re working with a global performance marketing agency that is expanding its Paid Media team and looking for an experienced Paid Search Specialist to join the team.

This is a newly created role for a data-driven and results-focused paid search professional with strong hands-on experience managing high-value campaigns.

You’ll work closely with an international Paid Media team, supporting clients across campaign setup, optimisation, budget management and performance reporting.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of paid search experience, strong expertise across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, and a proven track record of managing significant monthly advertising budgets.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Work closely with international Paid Media teams to understand client objectives, campaign requirements and KPIs
  • Set up, manage and optimise paid search campaigns based on platform best practices
  • Manage campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads
  • Monitor campaign budgets, pacing and performance on an ongoing basis
  • Make data-driven optimisations to ensure campaigns meet or exceed their KPIs
  • Analyse campaign performance and identify actionable insights and opportunities for improvement
  • Prepare and contribute to weekly, monthly and quarterly performance reports
  • Recommend clear next steps based on campaign data and performance trends
  • Ensure advertising budgets are effectively allocated and fully utilised where appropriate
  • Support wider Paid Media projects and initiatives as required
  • Collaborate with global and cross-functional teams to support client campaign objectives

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in paid search advertising
  • Proven experience managing large paid search budgets of $200K+ USD per month
  • Strong and recent knowledge of Google Ads and Microsoft Ads
  • Strong understanding of paid search campaign structure and platform best practices
  • Demonstrated ability to use data and analysis to optimise campaigns and achieve performance goals
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Comfortable working with international teams and clients
  • Highly organised, proactive and able to manage multiple campaigns and priorities

Nice to Have The following experience or qualifications would be advantageous:

  • Experience with Search Ads 360
  • Google Ads certifications
  • Google Marketing Platform certifications
  • Microsoft Ads certifications
  • Google Analytics certification
  • Experience managing campaigns across multiple regions or languages
  • Experience in lead generation or performance marketing
  • Experience working with clients in sectors such as SaaS or education
  • Previous experience working within a global agency or cross-functional team structure
