Job Summary

We are hiring a detail-oriented Remote Paralegal to support high-performing legal teams across international clients. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking for paralegal jobs from home, offering exposure to global legal processes, contract management, and compliance support.

You will play a key role in assisting attorneys, managing documentation, conducting legal research, and ensuring smooth case operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct legal research and summarize findings for attorneys and stakeholders
  • Draft, review, and proofread legal documents, contracts, and correspondence
  • Organize and maintain case files, legal records, and documentation systems
  • Assist with contract lifecycle management and compliance tracking
  • Coordinate with clients, internal teams, and external legal professionals
  • Manage calendars, deadlines, and court filing schedules
  • Support litigation preparation, including discovery and document review
  • Ensure confidentiality and compliance with legal standards and procedures
  • 2+ years of experience as a Paralegal, Legal Assistant, or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of legal terminology, documentation, and procedures
  • Experience with contract drafting, legal research, or compliance support
  • Familiarity with legal software and document management systems
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a remote environment
  • Experience working with international clients (UK/US) is a plus
