About Us

We're a SaaS/Automation company looking for a motivated and reliable Appointment Setter to help generate qualified sales appointments.

This is a remote, part-time opportunity for someone with strong communication skills who enjoys speaking with people and is motivated by performance-based rewards.

No advanced sales experience is required—we provide scripts, a simple process, and ongoing support.

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound cold calls using our script
  • Engage with prospects through Facebook groups
  • Follow up with interested leads
  • Qualify prospects based on simple criteria
  • Schedule qualified appointments for our sales team
  • Submit a brief daily activity report
Requirements
  • Good spoken and written English
  • Confident communication skills
  • Reliable internet connection
  • Ability to work independently
  • Previous experience in cold calling, appointment setting, customer service, or sales is an advantage but not required
Working Hours
  • Remote
  • Part-time (3–4 hours per day)
  • Flexible schedule
Compensation
  • €100 monthly base pay
  • €10 for every qualified appointment booked
  • €50–€150 bonus for every closed client (depending on the package purchased)
Most appointment setters in similar roles earn €250–€350 per month, while top performers can earn €450–€750+ through commissions and bonuses.
