Part time Bookkeeper

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Bookkeeping and Administrative Assistant to help our team stay on top of daily priorities and operational tasks. This role focuses on supporting team efficiency through accurate data management, light bookkeeping, scheduling, and general administrative assistance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform data and email scraping to gather relevant information as needed for projects.
  • Prepare client invoices, pulling hours from time-tracking software and entering details into existing billing templates.
  • Conduct simple bookkeeping by reconciling a few weekly transactions in QuickBooks.
  • Maintain project organization within Notion, ensuring tasks and timelines are updated and easily trackable.
  • Manage file organization and documentation within Dropbox for smooth team access and version control.
  • Handle scheduling of conference calls and meetings, including taking and organizing meeting notes.
  • Support daily project tracking, keeping the team informed of upcoming deadlines and priorities.
  • Assist with general administrative duties, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and providing support where needed
Minimum Qualifications: Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in administrative support or similar roles.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Proficiency in:
  • QuickBooks (basic reconciliation)
  • Dropbox (file management)
  • Notion (project tracking)
  • Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Meet)
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with minimal supervision.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Reliable, proactive, and adaptable to changing priorities
