Salary Range: $4–$6/hr | Shift: Day Shift

We're looking for a Bookkeeper to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and experienced in bookkeeping, payroll, and financial operations across both Philippine and U.S. businesses. What You'll Be Responsible For

  • Process Philippine payroll, statutory contributions, and government compliance filings
  • Prepare monthly financial statements, bank reconciliations, and expense reports
  • Manage vendor payments, utilities, reimbursements, and operational expenses
  • Prepare and send U.S. client invoices while monitoring payment status and collections
  • Reconcile U.S. and Philippine bank accounts and maintain accurate financial records
  • Support month-end and year-end closing activities while coordinating with external accountants
  • Prepare financial reports for leadership and ensure compliance with Philippine and U.S. financial regulations
  • Collaborate with HR, Operations, and leadership while participating in weekly L10 meetings and improving financial processes
What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
  • 3+ years of experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or finance, preferably supporting both Philippine and U.S. operations
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine payroll, taxation, and statutory compliance
  • Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, bank reconciliation, and financial reporting
  • Proficiency with QuickBooks Online, Zoho Business, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and maintain confidentiality
  • Reliable internet connection and a dedicated remote workspace
Bonus Points If You Have
  • Experience supporting both Philippine and U.S. accounting operations
  • Familiarity with U.S. invoicing, payroll coordination, and bank reconciliation
  • Experience with cross-border accounting and financial reporting
  • Knowledge of process improvement and financial systems optimization
