Part-Time Google

About the role We're a US-based financial services and investment brand looking for a proven, senior Paid Ads Specialist to own our Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising on a part-time basis — roughly 15–20 hours per week to start. This is a real ownership role, not task work: you'll set the strategy AND run it in the accounts. It's built for an experienced operator who wants to own a channel end-to-end without a 40-hour commitment — ideal if you're already running a small roster of clients and have room for one more you can genuinely move the needle on. You'll work directly with the founder. As our ad spend and results grow, so do your hours and your pay — there's a clear path to a larger engagement for the right person. What you'll do: - Own our Google Ads account (Search-led) and build out our Meta Ads from Pixel/Conversions API setup through live lead-gen and retargeting campaigns. - Develop and execute the paid strategy: account structure, keyword and audience research, campaign builds, ad copy, and creative direction. - Set up and QA conversion tracking end-to-end (Google Ads conversions, Enhanced Conversions, GA4, Meta Pixel + Conversions API). - Optimize efficiently within your hours: negative-keyword hygiene, search-term mining, bidding, audience/lookalike testing, budget reallocation to winners, creative refresh. - Build retargeting + lookalike audiences and lead-gen funnels (lead magnet → email → call/booking). - Report weekly on the metrics that matter — CPC, CTR, CPL/CPA, conversion rate, ROAS, frequency — with a clear "what I changed and why." - Work within strict financial-services advertising compliance (no performance promises, required disclaimers, platform financial-category rules). What you must have (we hold the bar high even for part-time) - 4+ years hands-on managing live Google Ads AND Meta Ads accounts (please don't apply with only one). - A provable track record: real campaigns, real budgets, real before/after numbers. Screenshots or portfolio required. - Deep command of conversion tracking and how to debug it when it's not firing. - Fluency in the real performance levers: negatives and match types, search-term analysis, bidding strategies (and when NOT to automate), audience/lookalike building, ad and creative testing. - Genuine part-time availability — you can reliably give this ~15–20 focused hours/week and a short weekly overlap with US Central Time. If you're already at capacity, this isn't the right fit. - Strong written English and proactive, self-managing communication. Nice to have (bonus) - Experience in finance, investing, fintech, or other regulated/compliance-heavy niches. - Landing-page / CRO experience (WordPress, A/B testing). - Email/marketing automation familiarity (e.g., Mailchimp). - Google Ads and/or Meta Blueprint certifications. - Lead-gen experience for high-ticket / long-sales-cycle offers. The arrangement - Part-time contractor, ~15–20 hrs/week, 100% remote (Philippines-based). - Pay: $500–$600 USD/month ($15–$18/hr) to start — hours and pay scale up as we increase spend and results land. - Flexible schedule with one ~1-hour weekly live sync on US Central Time; the rest is async. - Direct work with the founder, full channel ownership, and a real path to a larger engagement. How to apply Applications without the answers below or without proof of results won't be reviewed. Please include: 1. The single paid-ads result you're most proud of — with actual numbers (spend, before/after CPL or CPA, timeframe). 2. Which platform you're stronger on — Google or Meta — and why. 3. A screenshot or portfolio link of an account you've managed (blur client names if needed). 4. How many hours/week you can realistically commit, and how many other clients you currently manage. 5. Answers to the screening questions in this posting. Pay: Php31,000.00 - Php37,000.00 per month Application Question(s): - 1. Years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads accounts? - 2. Years of hands-on experience managing Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads accounts? - 3. Have you personally managed live ad budgets end-to-end (build, optimize, report)? - 4. Can you provide screenshots or a portfolio of accounts you've managed and the results? - 5. Can you reliably commit ~15–20 hours per week to this role? - 6. How many other clients/roles are you currently managing? - 7. Are you available for a short weekly live sync during US Central Time hours? - 8. Have you set up conversion tracking yourself — Google Ads conversions / GA4 / Meta Pixel + Conversions API? Work Location: Remote
