You will be responsible for HR activities for the team based in Lucena City, Quezon. The successful candidate will provide strong people management support to deliver productivity gains through training and performance management.

This is a part-time position with a flexible schedule. The successful candidate must be able to manage assigned responsibilities and meet agreed deadlines within their scheduled working hours.

  • Partners with the leadership team to understand and execute the organization’s human resource and talent strategy, particularly as it relates to current and future talent needs, recruitment, retention, and succession planning.
  • Provides support and guidance to management and other staff when complex, specialized, or sensitive questions and issues arise.
  • May be required to administer and execute routine tasks in delicate circumstances, such as providing reasonable accommodations, investigating allegations of wrongdoing, and handling terminations.
  • Manages the talent acquisition process, which may include recruiting, interviewing, and hiring qualified job applicants, particularly for managerial and professional roles.
  • Collaborates with departmental managers to understand the skills and competencies required for job openings.
  • Analyzes trends in compensation and benefits and researches and proposes competitive base and incentive-pay programs to help the organization attract and retain top talent.
  • Oversees employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
  • Maintains compliance with applicable employment laws and regulations and recommended best practices.
  • Reviews HR policies and practices to maintain compliance.
  • Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
  • Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations.
  • Handles employee discipline and termination in accordance with company policy.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Supports the management of a team of 10 or more employees.
