Part-time Marketing VA

Help us grow a healthcare company that makes a difference. Acquire MedStaff LLC is a nurse-owned healthcare staffing company that specializes in operating room and procedural staffing across the United States. We’re looking for someone who loves marketing, enjoys solving problems, and wants to help build something meaningful. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail oriented, and skilled at turning ideas and existing materials into polished, professional marketing content. You’ll work directly with our Founder to improve our website, create helpful content, build a community, and strengthen our online presence. What You’ll Be Doing You’ll help us grow our brand and improve how we connect with healthcare professionals and healthcare organizations. Your work will include: - Create and schedule social media content - Repurpose existing content into social media posts, emails, blog articles, and graphics - Design professional graphics and marketing materials using Canva - Build and schedule email marketing campaigns - Format and publish blog articles and website updates in WordPress - Perform basic on page SEO - Assist with sales and marketing materials - Maintain the marketing content calendar - Track marketing activity and prepare weekly performance reports - Complete assigned marketing projects and deliverables on schedule What We’re Looking For We’re not looking for someone who knows everything. We’re looking for someone who is dependable, curious, and enjoys figuring things out. You’ll be a great fit if you have: - Strong written English and communication skills - Experience creating content for businesses or professional brands - Proficiency with Canva - Strong attention to detail - Ability to follow brand guidelines and instructions - Ability to transform ideas into polished marketing content - Strong organization and time management skills - Comfortable learning new software and processes - Reliable, proactive, and receptive to feedback Experience with WordPress, Elementor, GoHighLevel, email marketing, SEO, healthcare, or staffing is preferred but not required.
