Job Description B-WITZ Review and Tutorial Services is looking for passionate and knowledgeable educators to join our team as Online Asynchronous NMAT Review Lecturers. This role is ideal for individuals who are committed to creating high-quality educational content and helping aspiring students succeed through engaging, self-paced online learning. As a lecturer, you will be responsible for developing instructional materials, recording lecture videos, and creating assessments that align with the program's learning objectives. This is a remote, output-based position with flexible working hours. Key Responsibilities - Prepare, record, and deliver high-quality asynchronous lecture videos. - Develop comprehensive lecture presentations, handouts, study guides, and other instructional materials. - Create high-quality practice questions, quizzes, mock examinations, and detailed rationales. - Ensure that all educational materials are accurate, organized, engaging, and aligned with the program syllabus. - Update and revise instructional materials based on curriculum changes and academic feedback. - Participate in content quality assurance through self-review and peer review. - Collaborate with Academic Coordinators and fellow lecturers to improve instructional content. - Respond promptly to revision requests and complete assigned deliverables within agreed timelines. - Maintain professionalism, academic integrity, and confidentiality in handling company and student information. Job Expectations - Submit all assigned outputs on or before the agreed deadlines. - Produce original, accurate, and high-quality educational materials. - Demonstrate professionalism in communication, appearance during recordings, and interactions with the academic team. - Maintain confidentiality of proprietary review materials, company information, and student data. - Show respect for diversity and foster an inclusive learning environment. - Be receptive to feedback and willing to revise outputs when necessary. - Continuously improve instructional quality through self-evaluation and participation in peer evaluations. - Adhere to B-WITZ academic standards, content guidelines, and quality assurance procedures. Education Qualifications Graduate of a bachelor's degree related to: - Psychology - Sociology - Social Sciences - Biology - Chemistry - Physics - Nursing - Medical Technology - Pharmacy - Physical Therapy - Medicine or other health and science-related disciplines Preferred Qualifications - Applicants who have taken the National Medical Admission Test (NMAT) are preferred for NMAT Review Lecturer positions. - At least one (1) year of teaching, tutoring, lecturing, or content development experience is preferred. - Applicants without prior teaching experience are welcome to apply provided they are willing to undergo training and mentoring. - Experience in online teaching, educational content creation, or instructional video production is an advantage. Required Skills and Competencies - Excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and Filipino. - Strong subject matter expertise in the assigned discipline. - Ability to explain complex concepts in a clear, organized, and engaging manner. - Strong instructional design and assessment-writing skills. - Proficiency in preparing presentation slides and educational documents. - Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately. - Strong time management and organizational skills. - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. - Willingness to learn new educational technologies and content development processes. - Basic proficiency in video recording and presentation software is an advantage.
