Part Time Outbound Sales

Schedule: 07:00 AM to 1:00 PM PHT (Monday to Friday) Salary: P310 per hour (40,000 per month) What we're looking for? Strong sales or outbound calling background Confident handling objections and converting leads into appointments Experience managing high volumes of outbound calls Proven track record of meeting and exceeding KPIs and conversion targets Strong confidence and professionalism on the phone Resilient, motivated, and results-driven Fast learners who can adapt quickly to different patient situations Excellent communication and rapport-building skills Appointment booking and lead conversion experience is highly desirable. What will you do? Conduct outbound calls to patients to schedule appointments and promote dental services. Follow up with existing and potential patients to encourage appointment bookings and service renewals. Handle patient inquiries professionally and provide accurate information about services, treatments, and appointment availability. Build rapport with patients and deliver a positive customer experience during every interaction. Manage objections confidently and effectively convert leads into confirmed appointments. Maintain accurate records of patient interactions, call outcomes, and appointment schedules in the CRM system. Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call, booking, and conversion targets. Coordinate with the clinic team to ensure smooth scheduling and patient follow-up processes. Identify opportunities to re-engage inactive patients and support patient retention initiatives.
