Key Responsibilities
  • High-Volume Outbound Outreach: Execute a minimum of 20 target contacts per day, cold calling a targeted list of kindergartens, early learning centers, and schools to introduce mobile dental services.
  • Full-Cycle Pipeline Management: Drive the sales process from initial cold call to close, establishing rapport with center managers, presenting business value, and executing final service agreements.
  • Rapid Multi-Channel Follow-Up: Manage swift email and SMS follow-ups immediately following brief phone contact to supply information packages and facilitate conversion over text channels.
  • B2C Relationship Management: Conduct structured outbound retention calls to parents of children who previously engaged with the service, pitching programmatic re-enrollment for their next six-month checkup.
  • Clinical Software Management: Use core medical software platforms to update patient records and manage calendar schedules, utilizing drag-and-drop tools to secure upcoming dental team bookings.
  • Strategic Relationship Maintenance: Serve as the proactive operational touchpoint for signed centers, executing touchpoint calls prior to scheduled onsite clinical team visits to ensure programmatic alignment.
  • Objection Handling & Closing: Address objections confidently regarding service transitions, provider contracts, and scheduling constraints to secure institutional compliance independently.
  • End-of-Day Performance Reporting: Construct and submit comprehensive daily reports detailing total outreach volume, pending follow-ups, specific call outcomes, and scheduled conversions to ensure complete managerial visibility.
Required Skills & Experience Technical Expertise
  • Full-Cycle Inside Sales: Proven proficiency in outbound B2B cold calling, pipeline management, and converting cold prospects into signed clients.
  • B2C Telesales & Retention: Experience navigating consumer databases, executing retention pitches, and driving consumer renewals over the phone.
  • Lead Tracking & Administrative Workflow Management: Structured approach to maintaining clear lead histories, logging notes, and executing systemic multi-stage follow-ups.
Software Proficiency
  • Core Practice: Exposure to Core Practice or similar dedicated medical, clinical, or dental practice management software (training will be provided).
  • VOIP Platforms: Competency in using digital telephony solutions for outbound calling campaigns.
  • Office Productivity Tools: Proficiency across business communication ecosystems, including corporate email and calendar architectures.
