Job Title: Part-Time Senior Barista

Schedule: Saturday & Sunday (8 hours or more per day)

Bookclub Coffee is looking for an experienced, reliable, and friendly Part-Time Senior Barista to join our team on weekends.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, beverages, and food items according to our standards
  • Provide warm, friendly, and professional customer service
  • Perform regular inventory counts and maintain accurate inventory lists
  • Maintain strict cleanliness, sanitation, and deep cleaning across the bar, seating area, equipment, and work areas
  • Efficiently handle opening and closing duties, restocking, and bar setup
  • Maintain smooth workflow, quality control, and work cooperatively with the team during busy weekend rushes
Qualifications
  • Prior barista/coffee experience is required (this position is for experienced applicants; entry-level/junior applicants will not be considered)
  • Fully available every Saturday and Sunday (willing to work 8 hours or more per day)
  • Responsible, punctual, highly reliable, clean, organized, and detail-oriented
  • Strong work ethic, great attitude, and excellent communication skills
  • Able to work fast and efficiently during peak hours
