Junior Accountant (Part-Time | 4 Hours/Day) Salary: ₱25,000 – ₱30,000 per month Work Schedule: Part-Time (4 hours per day) Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Junior Accountant to support our finance team with day-to-day accounting operations. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in the full accounting cycle, payroll processing, tax compliance, and bookkeeping using cloud-based accounting software. This role is perfect for someone who is organized, analytical, and capable of working independently while ensuring accuracy and compliance with Philippine accounting standards. Key Responsibilities - Manage the full accounting cycle, including general bookkeeping and preparation of financial statements. - Record and reconcile daily financial transactions. - Compute, prepare, and file tax forms in compliance with BIR regulations. - Process payroll accurately and on schedule. - Maintain and update accounting records using Xero, Zoho Books, and QuickBooks. - Ensure compliance with government agencies, including BIR, SEC, SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG (HDMF). - Prepare financial reports and supporting schedules as required. - Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities. - Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors or government agencies when necessary. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Finance, or a related field. - At least 1–3 years of general bookkeeping experience. - Experience in Singapore or Philippine market - Strong knowledge of the full accounting cycle and financial statement preparation. - Experience with payroll processing and Philippine tax compliance. - Proficiency in Xero, Zoho Books, and QuickBooks. - Familiarity with BIR, SEC, SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG regulations and reporting requirements.
