Part-Time Shopify Operator - Product Uploads & CMS (Ongoing, Per-Batch)

Kaikoku is a Tokyo-based e-commerce and digital operations agency. We run online stores for brands selling between Japan and the rest of the world, and we are building our roster ahead of upcoming client work. This starts with a short paid test project, with ongoing per-task work as new clients come on board - flexible and recurring rather than fixed daily hours.

Timing note: Ongoing work begins as new clients come on board, so timing varies - this suits freelancers looking to add flexible work alongside other clients, rather than an immediate full workload. As new clients come in, workloads can increase with the potential for multiple hires.

What you would do:

Upload and edit products in Shopify (titles, prices, variants, images, descriptions)

Update banners, pages, and CMS content following a written guide

Keep product catalogs accurate and delivered on time

What we are looking for:

Hands-on Shopify admin experience

Strong attention to detail (you catch small errors before we do)

You follow written instructions and style guides exactly

Clear written English, reliable and responsive
