The main duty of the Partner Account Executive is to secure new business for Yelp by fostering connections with digital marketing agencies that serve SMBs. These agencies collaborate with Yelp to both resell and purchase Yelp s Local products. ResponsibilitiesFoster a collaborative business relationship between Yelp and SMB digital marketing agencies (primarily local) and their advertisers. Craft consultative sales presentations to illustrate how Yelp s advertising products can be utilized to connect with consumers. Lead training sessions to assist the agency in becoming more adept at building and executing effective campaigns. Consistently surpass quarterly and annual revenue targets assigned by management while contributing to overall team targets. Cultivate and manage partner relationships to ensure surpassing of assigned goals. Identify new agency partnerships which align with Yelp s partner compliance as needed to meet growth expectations. Chart out agency structure and identify key decision makers, budget owners, and the agencies' decision-making process. Provide accurate weekly forecasts and sales plans. Engage with agencies continually to nurture relationships, validate advertisers' needs, and maintain Yelp s partnership prominence. Collaborate harmoniously with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth with new customers. Arrive at work each day with a positive attitude and readiness to succeed. QualificationsHave a proven achievement in meeting sales goals in a prior role. Have experience collaborating with marketers at executive levels. Have familiarity with pay per click advertising an advantage. Have superb communication and presentation abilities. Are adaptable, open to startup environments, and capable of thriving within an ever-changing, swift-paced workplace. Are skilled in Powerpoint, Excel, and Salesforce.
