Qualifications

Proven experience with managing different Social Media and creating contents (portfolio required).

Proficiency in

  • Proven experience in social media management
  • Proficiency in social media platforms, scheduling tools, and analytics
  • Video Editing Software: Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro (Any Video Editing Tool).
  • Design Tools: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva (Any Design/Editing tool).
  • In-depth knowledge of typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
  • Ability to work independently, meet tight deadlines, and produce high-quality visual content.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a passion for both visual design and polished production.
  • Has an existing home office setup with a conducive work environment
  • Computer or laptop with specs of at least core i5 or higher/7th gen or newer, or its AMD equivalent, 16GB RAM, functionalcamera, noise-canceling headset, and dual monitor
  • A stable internet connection with at least 25 Mbps upload and download
  • Back-up power and internet is required
Primary Task
  • Manage social media for the company and the owner's individual page (IG,FB, Linkedin, etc)
  • The core posting and engagement work — content calendar, scheduling, and responding to DMs and comments across Company's IG/FB/LinkedIn, owner's personal LinkedIns, and the joint IG page.
  • Before-and-after content production - getting raw photos and short clips from every job, then editing them into reels, carousels, and LinkedIn posts.
  • Personal brand content for the owners on LinkedIn — ghost-writing thought leadership posts, customer story posts, behind-the-scenes of running the business, employee spotlights.
  • Review and reputation management — chasing Google reviews after every completed job, responding to all reviews, managing Yelp/Next Door pages and review
  • Light reporting — a simple weekly recap of what posted, what performed, what's coming next
