Personal Assistant (15hrs/week)

We are looking for a reliable and organised Part-Time Personal Assistant to support a client based in Singapore.

This is a remote role suitable for someone who can work independently, communicate professionally and manage personal and administrative tasks efficiently.

Compensation and Working Hours

  • Salary: ₱16,000 per month
  • Commitment: 15 hours per week, or approximately 60 hours per month
  • Working days: Monday to Friday
  • Public holidays: You will follow Singapore public holidays
The client may send tasks or requests throughout the day. However, you will generally have the flexibility to choose a suitable time each day to complete the assigned work. Occasionally, urgent assistance may be required over the weekend. Applicants should therefore be reasonably responsive and willing to help with time-sensitive matters when necessary.

Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule and coordinate appointments, including medical and massage appointments
  • Arrange housekeeping, maintenance and other service appointments
  • Handle Amazon and Shopee refunds, returns and collection schedules
  • Answer or make phone calls when required
  • Purchase groceries and other ad hoc items online
  • Prepare and manage insurance reimbursement submissions
  • Follow up with service providers, merchants and relevant parties
  • Keep the client updated on task progress
  • Handle other personal and administrative tasks as assigned

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a personal assistant, virtual assistant or administrative assistant is preferred
  • Strong spoken and written English
  • Comfortable making and answering phone calls
  • Highly organised and able to keep track of multiple tasks
  • Responsive, dependable and able to handle urgent requests
  • Good attention to detail
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Comfortable using online shopping platforms, calendars, messaging applications and digital forms
  • Able to handle personal and confidential information professionally

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is proactive and does not require constant follow-up. You should be comfortable receiving different types of requests, identifying the necessary next steps and updating the client once the task has been completed.
