Personal Assistants, Executive Assistants & Administrative Professionals. Remote AI Project We are seeking experienced personal assistants, executive assistants, administrative professionals, and office support specialists to contribute their real-world expertise to an advanced AI training project. No previous AI experience is required.

You will use your knowledge of scheduling, communication, organization, documentation, and task management to help improve how AI systems handle everyday administrative work. What You’ll Do Manage digital calendars, appointments, meetings, reminders, and daily schedules

Organize and prioritize multiple tasks, requests, deadlines, and competing responsibilities

Draft, edit, proofread, and improve emails, documents, reports, and professional communications

Coordinate communication between executives, clients, teams, vendors, and other stakeholders

Provide proactive updates, reminders, follow-ups, and status tracking

Maintain organized digital files, records, documents, spreadsheets, and tracking systems

Review administrative tasks and provide realistic feedback based on professional experience

Identify workflow gaps and recommend improvements to increase efficiency

Contribute examples and structured feedback that improve AI training data quality
