Personal Assistant/ Executive Secretary

Practice Assistant (Remote) Work Setup: Remote (Required to complete 3–4 weeks of onsite training in Makati) Employment Type: Full-time Shift: Flexible (Day, Mid, and Night Shift) About the Role We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Practice Assistant to provide administrative and executive support to senior stakeholders across global teams. This role is ideal for individuals with experience as an Executive Assistant, Virtual Assistant, or Administrative Assistant who thrive in a fast-paced, remote working environment. You will play a key role in managing schedules, coordinating travel, handling communications, and ensuring the day-to-day administrative needs of assigned stakeholders are efficiently supported. Key Responsibilities - Provide administrative and executive support to assigned stakeholders. - Manage complex calendars, meetings, and appointments across multiple time zones. - Handle email management, correspondence, and meeting coordination. - Arrange domestic and international travel, accommodations, and itineraries. - Prepare, organize, and maintain documents, reports, and administrative records. - Coordinate virtual meetings and manage scheduling logistics. - Support day-to-day operational and administrative requirements. - Build strong working relationships with internal and global stakeholders. - Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information. - Perform other administrative and coordination tasks as assigned. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in any field is preferred. - At least 1 year of experience as an Executive Assistant, Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar administrative support role. - Experience supporting senior leaders or executives is an advantage. - Background in a Shared Services, BPO, or multinational corporate environment is highly preferred. - Excellent organizational and time management skills. - Strong written and verbal English communication skills. - Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and virtual collaboration tools. - Able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. - Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment.
