Producer/Director

BDA Creative is a boutique content agency specialising in storytelling for brands. We create corporate, branded and digital content for clients across Asia Pacific, working directly with corporations, agencies and leading entertainment brands.

We're looking for a versatile Producer / Director to join our team. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys being involved in every stage of the content creation process - from developing ideas and directing shoots through to shaping edits and delivering exceptional work for clients.

What You'll Do

  • Develop creative concepts, treatments and scripts
  • Direct live-action productions including corporate, branded and social content
  • Lead projects from concept through to delivery
  • Create assembly and offline edits in Adobe Premiere Pro
  • Shape story structure and narrative flow during post-production
  • Present and pitch ideas to clients
  • Build strong client relationships and collaborate with stakeholders
  • Work closely with creative, design and production teams to deliver high-quality content
What We're Looking For
  • 5+ years' experience in an agency, production company, broadcaster or content studio
  • Strong directing experience and portfolio/showreel
  • Adobe Premiere Pro editing skills, including assembly and offline editing
  • Experience creating content for corporate, digital, social and branded channels
  • Strong storytelling and post-production understanding
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working within a small agency environment highly regarded
