Product Manager / Senior Product Manager - iGaming - Onsite, Philippines

Location: Onsite, Paranaque, Philippines About the Hiring Company: The Product Manager will be the strategic owner of our platform, responsible for defining the product vision and driving the execution of the product roadmap. This role serves as the critical bridge between operations, marketing, and technology, ensuring that business goals are translated into high-performing platform features. The ideal candidate brings a deep understanding of the iGaming platform landscape and possesses the technical acumen to manage relationships with internal technology teams and external tech vendors independently. You will be responsible for feature prioritization, managing the product lifecycle through Agile methodologies, and ensuring the platform remains competitive, compliant, and user-centric. Job Responsibilities: 1. Product Strategy and Roadmap Management Roadmap Ownership: Own and execute the end-to-end product roadmap for our platform, ensuring alignment with long-term business objectives. Feature Prioritization: Evaluate and prioritize features based on business value, player impact, and technical feasibility. Market Alignment: Monitor iGaming industry trends and competitor offerings to identify opportunities for platform enhancement. 2. Technical Liaison & Vendor Management Vendor Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for external tech vendors and our internal technology team, managing deliverables, timelines, and service quality independently. Requirement Translation: Translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable technical specifications and user stories for development teams. Agile Leadership: Facilitate the development process using JIRA, Trello, or similar tools, adhering to Agile/Scrum best practices. 3. Cross-Functional Collaboration Operational Bridge: Act as the central liaison between Operations, Marketing, and Technology teams to ensure seamless feature launches and platform updates. Stakeholder Management: Communicate product progress, risks, and release plans to the Head of Business Operations and other key stakeholders. 4. Quality Assurance and Analysis Product Validation: Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure that all delivered features meet the defined business requirements and quality standards. Performance Tracking: Analyze platform data and user feedback to measure the success of launched features and inform future iterations. The Successful Candidate: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. 5–7 years of experience in Product Management, specifically within the software or fintech space. At least 3 years of experience in a leadership or senior-level product role managing complex projects. Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools such as JIRA or Trello. Exceptional ability to act as a tech liaison, explaining technical constraints to non-technical stakeholders and vice versa. Strong experience with iGaming platforms (Casino, Sportsbook, or Gaming Aggregators) is highly preferred. Proven track record of managing and negotiating with third-party technology providers and offshore development teams.
