AI Product & UX Lead (Part-Time, Remote) Overview

We are looking for a highly proactive, tech-savvy Product & UX professional who thrives in fast-moving environments and is excited about building with AI.

This is not a traditional product management role. We need someone who can move from concept to prototype quickly, leverage AI tools effectively, create intuitive user experiences, and bring structure to product development. The ideal candidate combines strong product thinking, UX/UI expertise, and hands-on experience using modern AI platforms to accelerate execution.

This is a fully remote, part-time opportunity (approximately 2-3 hours per day) with flexibility for candidates located outside the United States.

What You'll Do Translate business ideas into clear product requirements and execution plans Design user flows, wireframes, and intuitive user experiences Create and iterate UX/UI concepts using modern design tools Use AI platforms to rapidly prototype features, workflows, and product concepts Write effective prompts across multiple AI tools to improve productivity and product outcomes Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize features and define product direction Bring organization, structure, and scalability to product initiatives Identify opportunities to automate workflows and improve operational efficiency Conduct lightweight user research and validate product assumptions Help establish product processes, documentation, and best practices Ideal Background 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Design, UX/UI, or a similar role Strong understanding of user-centered design principles Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and product specifications Demonstrated ability to take products from idea to implementation Comfortable working independently with minimal direction Strong organizational and communication skills Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias toward action AI & Technology Experience

Strong experience using modern AI tools such as~

ChatGPT Claude Gemini Cursor Lovable Replit Bolt Other AI-powered product development and design tools The ideal candidate understands how to leverage AI effectively for product strategy, research, UX design, prototyping, documentation, and workflow automation.

Nice to Have Experience with "vibe coding" and AI-assisted product development Startup or early-stage company experience Familiarity with no-code/low-code platforms Basic front-end development understanding Experience launching SaaS, marketplace, or AI-enabled products What Success Looks Like Product ideas are quickly translated into structured plans and prototypes User experiences are thoughtfully designed and easy to use AI tools are leveraged to accelerate development and decision-making Product initiatives become more organized, scalable, and execution-focused Stakeholders have clarity on priorities, timelines, and next steps Location
