About the Role: We are looking for a technical and detail-oriented Production Artist (Product & Packaging) to join our Philippines team. You will be a critical link between the creative design phase and the manufacturing process, ensuring all products are accurately translated into production-ready files. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial design and significant experience in consumer goods or homewares.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Production Art & Mechanicals: Create technically accurate production art files and mechanical drawings used for product sampling and manufacturing.
  • Design Support: Provide technical support to Art Directors and Designers. Projects include product renderings, physical mock-ups, packaging, and presentation tools.
  • Global Collaboration: Attend and actively participate in weekly meetings with the U.S. team to ensure alignment on project specifications and timelines.
  • Systems Management: Create and manage item numbers within the WFX (PLM) system and assist with sample revisions as requested by buyers or manufacturing partners.
What We're Looking For: Mandatory Requirements
  • Mandatory Technical Mastery: Expert proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop specifically for creating technically accurate mechanical drawings, production art files, and packaging die-lines.
  • Education: Bachelor of Arts in Product / Industrial Design or a related technical field.
  • Experience: Proven experience in the physical product development cycle.
  • Remote Professionalism: Experience working with global teams across time zones and the ability to work independently under pressure.
Highly Valued Skills (The "Pluses") Candidates with experience in the following areas are highly valued and may be prioritized:
  • Proficiency in 3D Software: Required proficiency in rendering or modeling software such as Rhino or Solidworks.
  • PLM/WFX Experience: Experience with Product Information Management (PLM) systems (like WFX or similar platforms) for creating and managing item numbers.
  • Material Knowledge: Specific knowledge of ceramic manufacturing and constraints.
