Based in the heart of Shoreditch, we are a multi-platform production company, social media agency, and digital media network who are currently on a quest to find a Production Assistant to join us as we expand our Network Originals initiative. Is this your next opportunity? At Little Dot, we are launching a series of innovative YouTube channels focused on original creator content across varied subject matters. Based primarily in our new London studio space, this role offers a unique opportunity to help shape new channels and grow alongside a fast-paced, high-volume production team. We are seeking a proactive professional to support our Production Manager in maintaining a seamless workflow from pre-production through to delivery, as we scale. This position is ideal for an experienced Production Assistant looking to transition into a Coordinator role. Given the high-volume nature of our output, prior experience in a production environment is essential to ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget. The ideal candidate brings a foundational knowledge of digital/YouTube/broadcast production, paired with excellent organisational skills and the ability to confidently manage time-sensitive tasks. Ideally, you will also have some hands-on experience in small studio spaces, navigating compliance standards, and working with third-party archive material. HOW YOU'LL SPEND YOUR T:IEM

  • Assisting the production team across development, production, and post-production to maintain project momentum.
  • Managing day-to-day production admin, including filing, cost tracking, and expense reconciliation.
  • Supporting the coordination of travel, accommodation, and catering logistics.
  • Helping to prepare and organise production documentation, such as call sheets, risk assessments, and release forms.
  • Providing hands-on set support and handle ad-hoc purchasing for production needs.
  • Maintaining the Clearance Log for third-party archive material; and assist in clearing third-party material.
  • Preparing cleared assets for editors and help coordinate edit schedules.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

  • Understanding of all production stages and set etiquette.
  • Background in digital production, with experience in linear or documentary content being a significant asset.
  • Proven ability to coordinate multiple concurrent projects under pressure.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and talent.
  • A proactive, forward-thinking, and collaborative approach to team growth.
  • Some practical experience with third-party archive clearance and legal requirements.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and G-Suite.
