Production Data Encoder (can start ASAP!!!)

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Prepare and process orders from Production line team. Ensure correctness of order details.· Ensure that all processed orders by Production Head and/or Production Executive are complete, accurate and good quality condition.

· Assist Production Head/Production Executive in verification or quality control of products and process related problems.

· In the absence of Quality Control Staff, in-charge in releasing processed orders for pick-ups and delivery to Logistics and ensures that all necessary documents are complete and correct together with the package.

· Makes sure that vaults are secured, and all machines were switched off/unplugged before leaving the workplace after office hour.

· Responsible for cutting of vouchers.

· Conduct daily inventory of back prints, void, and live vouchers.

· Troubleshoots and conducts preventive maintenance of production machineries from time to time.

· Responsible for destruction of void vouchers.

· Maintain cleanliness of work areas.

· Perform other duties that may be assigned depending on the department and company’s need.

Competency Requirement/s

Candidate must possess at least a College Degree (preferably Accounting or IT)

· At least 2 year experience in a process/finance related environment

· Communication Skills:

Communicates clearly and effectively with colleagues· Keen eye for details and naturally vigilant

· Exposure to internal systems is a plus (Corepass, MS Teams, etc)

· Proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Excel, Word, Power BI, Power Automate)

· Demonstrates business ethics· Team player

· Strives for improvement

Pay: Php16,000.00 - Php18,000.00 per month
