We're Hiring: Project Managers – Animation Production & Publishing (Remote)

We are expanding the production pipeline for our original animated franchise, Fenni & Roxi, and we are seeking experienced, organized, and execution-driven Project Managers to oversee production coordination across multiple creative formats.

About the Project:

Fenni & Roxi is an original children's entertainment franchise currently in development across multiple content formats, including:
  • Main Animated Series
  • Mini Series & Short-Form Content
  • Printed Storybooks
  • Audiobooks & Narrated Content
With several creative departments working simultaneously, we require dedicated Project Managers to maintain production efficiency, accountability, and cross-team coordination.

Open Positions:

1. Project Manager3D Animation Production (YouTube & Netflix)

This role will oversee the production pipeline for the main animated series and mini-series, ensuring animation milestones are achieved on schedule while coordinating between directors, department leads, artists, and production staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage weekly animation production schedules and deliverables
  • Coordinate with directors and department leads across all animation departments
  • Track production milestones and critical path deliverables
  • Identify production risks, blockers, and dependencies
  • Maintain production trackers, reports, and scheduling documentation
  • Ensure efficient communication across remote teams
  • Support workload planning and production resource allocation
  • Help maintain consistency and on-time delivery throughout the production pipeline
2. Project Manager – Publishing & Audio Production This position will oversee production for our publishing division, including printed storybooks and audiobook releases.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate book writing, editing, illustration, formatting, and publication schedules
  • Manage audiobook production timelines, narration, editing, and release planning
  • Track deliverables across publishing and audio teams
  • Maintain project documentation and reporting
  • Coordinate communication between writers, artists, editors, narrators, and production leadership
  • Ensure projects remain on schedule and meet quality standards
What We're Looking For: Ideal candidates will have experience in one or more of the following:
  • Animation production management
  • Creative production pipelines
  • Publishing or editorial project management
  • Audiobook production workflows
  • Cross-functional project coordination
  • Managing distributed remote teams

Work Structure:
  • Fully Remote
  • Freelance / Contract Engagement
  • Weekly production planning meetings (typically Saturdays)
  • Ongoing collaboration with directors, department leads, and executive leadership
Compensation Structure: This position operates under a deferred compensation model during the project's pre-revenue phase.
  • All approved work is professionally tracked from the first day of engagement.
  • Once the project begins generating revenue, all previously completed approved work will be compensated retroactively at an agreed hourly rate of USD $25–$50/hour , depending on experience, responsibilities, and performance.
  • After monetization milestones are achieved, the role transitions into a paid contractual engagement with ongoing competitive compensation.
  • Early contributors will also receive priority consideration for long-term production opportunities as the Fenni & Roxi franchise continues to expand.
