Project Manager – Strong GoHighLevel Experience

Job Description:

  • Manage multiple client projects from kickoff to completion.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding updates, timelines, and expectations.
  • Conduct project kickoffs and regular progress meetings.
  • Identify project risks, resolve roadblocks, and communicate solutions.
  • Ensure projects remain on schedule, within scope, and aligned with client objectives.
  • Monitor project health and client satisfaction.
  • Review and oversee GoHighLevel builds, including automations, workflows, funnels, websites, CRM and pipeline configurations, calendars, appointment booking systems, forms, surveys, memberships, products, and messaging automations.
  • Provide technical guidance on complex GoHighLevel issues.
  • Ensure deliverables meet quality standards before client handoff.
  • Support CRM migrations and integration projects.
  • Assign and prioritize tasks for technical specialists.
  • Coordinate workload and monitor team performance and pending deliverables.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to improve workflows and efficiency.
  • Perform final reviews, maintain project documentation, and track milestones using project management software.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of Project Management experience, preferably in a digital marketing or agency environment.
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on GoHighLevel experience.
  • Strong understanding of workflows and automations; funnels and websites; CRM and pipelines; calendars and appointment systems; memberships and products; client sub-accounts and SaaS Mode.
  • Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong leadership, organization, and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently while managing competing priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Reliable internet connection and a distraction-free workspace.
  • Experience leading remote teams is nice to have.
  • Familiarity with Basecamp, ClickUp, Asana, or similar platforms is nice to have.
  • Experience with Zapier or other third-party integrations is nice to have.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is nice to have.
  • Experience with CRM migrations from HubSpot, Kajabi, ClickFunnels, Calendly, or Mailchimp is nice to have.
  • Experience working in a white-label or digital marketing agency is nice to have.
