Property Admin Assistant (Virtual Assistant – Work From Home)

Position: Property Admin Assistant (Virtual Assistant)

Work Setup: Work From Home

Salary: ₱20,000 Basic Salary (Non-Negotiable)

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of Virtual Assistant (VA) experience, preferably supporting residential, commercial, or Airbnb property management.
  • Proven experience in property administration.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Experience in leasing administration, including preparing lease documents, tenant communication, and lease renewals.
  • Experience handling maintenance requests and coordinating repairs.
  • Confident in communicating and liaising with tradies, contractors, property managers, landlords, and tenants.
  • Experience requesting, preparing, and issuing quotes, work orders, and purchase orders.
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritise work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
  • Experience using property management software (e.g., PropertyMe, Property Tree, Console Cloud, Inspection Express, or similar) is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Reliable internet connection, quiet home office, and own computer suitable for remote work.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support for property management operations.
  • Manage leasing documentation, tenant applications, lease renewals, and tenancy records.
  • Coordinate maintenance requests and schedule contractors/tradies.
  • Obtain and issue repair and maintenance quotations.
  • Follow up with contractors and tenants regarding ongoing maintenance works.
  • Respond to emails, phone calls, and general property enquiries professionally.
  • Maintain accurate property files and update databases.
  • Assist with inspections, compliance documentation, and general property administration.
Pay: From Php20,000.00 per month
