The Qualifications We Seek

Work Experience

  • 2 to 3 years of experience as a Property Management Customer Service Representative
  • Proven experience in customer service, property management, or a related field
Core Competencies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong customer service orientation, with a friendly and positive attitude
  • Strong multitasking and prioritization skills
Technology
  • Basic knowledge of property management software and Microsoft Office
  • Experience with customer service ticketing software, with Salesforce experience considered an advantage
Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Further education in property management or a related field is an advantage
Availability
  • Flexibility to work outside standard office hours as needed
Other Requirements
  • Ability to communicate effectively with team members, tenants/community members, and other stakeholders
  • Ability to work collaboratively, follow instructions, and exercise sound judgment
Your Daily Tasks
  • Handle tenant communications through phone, email, and virtual meetings.
  • Respond promptly to tenant inquiries, complaints, and service requests.
  • Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure efficient issue resolution.
  • Assist with lease administration, including renewals and terminations.
  • Manage data entry, record maintenance, and report preparation.
  • Follow up on late payments and related tenant concerns.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of property management laws and regulations.
