  • Coordinate ebook covers, manuscripts, descriptions, and other publishing assets
  • Check KDP submissions for errors or issues and help resolve publishing-related problems
  • Update existing Amazon KDP book listings as needed
  • Maintain organized records of books, publishing status, files, deadlines, and project information
  • Perform quality checks before and after books go live
  • Conduct basic research related to keywords, categories, competing titles, and book positioning
  • Communicate clearly with team members regarding publishing status, missing materials, errors, and next steps
  • Handle general administrative tasks related to publishing projects
  • Follow documented processes and help improve publishing workflows as you become familiar with the role

  • Experience assisting with the publication of ebooks and/or books
  • Strong written and spoken English
  • Good understanding of the ebook publishing process

  • Comfortable working with online platforms, spreadsheets, documents, and cloud-based tools
  • Organized and able to manage multiple books or publishing projects at different stages
  • Able to follow detailed instructions and established SOPs
  • Reliable, responsive, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment
  • Able and willing to work full-time during US business hours
Nice to Have
  • Experience with ebook or manuscript formatting
  • Knowledge of Amazon KDP keywords and categories
  • Experience with book metadata optimization
  • Familiarity with KDP paperback or hardcover publishing
  • Experience using tools such as Canva, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, or similar platforms
  • Experience working with authors, publishers, or publishing companies
  • Basic understanding of book launches and Amazon book listings
Schedule & Compensation
  • Full-time position
  • 40 hours per week
  • $6–$7 USD per hour, depending on experience
  • US business hours / US timezone
  • Candidates must be comfortable working a schedule that aligns with a US-based team
  • Remote / work-from-home
Benefits & Perks
  • Medical Stipend
  • Internet Allowance – PHP 1,500/month
  • Rice Allowance – PHP 1,000/month
  • Paid Time Off – Vacation & Sick Leave
  • Annual Bonus
  • Tuition Reimbursement – Up to PHP 50,000/year
Who Would Be a Good Fit? You may be a good fit if you have previously worked as a Publishing VA, KDP Virtual Assistant, Publishing Assistant, Author Assistant, or Administrative Assistant for an author or publishing company.

We're especially interested in candidates who have personally worked inside Amazon KDP and understand what happens between receiving a manuscript and successfully getting a book published on Amazon.

We're looking for someone who is organized and dependable, but who also has enough hands-on KDP knowledge to recognize issues, ask the right questions, and complete publishing tasks with minimal supervision.
