Role Summary The Customer Service Representative will handle customer inquiries, provide accurate information, and resolve concerns in a timely and professional manner. You will ensure every customer receives excellent service through clear communication and effective problem resolution.

This onsite Customer Service Representative position in Quezon City offers up to ₱26,000 monthly salary and is ideal for applicants with at least 3 months of BPO experience who want to build a long-term career in the call center industry.

What You Will Do Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email

Provide accurate information and appropriate solutions to customer concerns

Resolve issues professionally and efficiently

Maintain high-quality customer service in every interaction

Document all customer interactions accurately in the system

Escalate complex concerns to the appropriate team when necessary

Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets

Qualifications High School or Senior High School graduate (college level or graduate is an advantage)

Must have at least 3 months of BPO or call center experience

Good English communication skills (verbal and written)

Strong customer service orientation

Basic computer skills and ability to multitask

Willing to work onsite and on shifting schedules
