QA Engineer/Test Analyst (UK SAAS, WFH)

Salary: P120,000 -P 170,000 (monthly package)
Schedule: 4:00 PM - 1:00 AM PHT

What are we looking for?

Skills Required:

  • At least 3–5 years of hands-on QA or Test Analyst experience, performing functional, regression, and sanity testing across large-scale, data-driven systems.
  • Proficient in JIRA, Azure DevOps, or TestComplete.
  • Solid experience working within cross-functional teams using Agile or hybrid SDLC models, contributing to sprint testing, backlog grooming, and QA sign-offs.
  • Proven ability to identify edge cases, investigate bugs, and ensure comprehensive test coverage with a high level of accuracy.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to report test results, write test documentation, and work effectively with developers, product managers, and stakeholders.

Nice to have:

  • Familiarity with automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright) and the ability to write or maintain automated test scripts.

What will you do?

  • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases based on system requirements
  • Perform manual testing including regression, functional, and sanity testing across releases
  • Log, track, and report defects clearly using tools like JIRA or Azure DevOps
  • Collaborate with developers, product managers, and analysts to ensure product quality
  • Maintain accurate and reusable test documentation and test data
