We're currently recruiting for a Tenant Services Co-Ordinator for our client based in Sidcup.
The ideal candidate must be organised, with a keen eye for detail, and can work well within a team.
Candidates must be a UK Resident and ideally live within a 30-minute commute of the area.
You must hold a full UK driving licence and have the use of your own car.
Benefits:
- Basic £27,000 - £29,000
- 36 hour week (including 1 hour unpaid lunch)
- No property management experience necessary
- Full training provided
- Welcome tenants and act as the main front-of-house contact
- Manage tenant check-ins and check-outs, ensuring properties are ready and compliant before occupancy
- Ensure all required keys are prepared, issued, and tracked appropriately
- Organise and manage parcel deliveries and collections
- Carry out routine property inspections and report findings
- Identify and report maintenance or operational issues to the Property Manager
- Assist tenants with day-to-day enquiries and resolve issues efficiently
- Coordinate with contractors where required to ensure works are completed on time
- Maintain accurate records and ensure smooth operational processes
- No property management experience required
- Full training provided
- Hospitality experience highly desirable
- Experience in a customer facing role would be advantageous
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, professional, and approachable manner
- Ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively
- Proactive problem-solver with a can-do attitude
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable and responsible
- Basic IT skills
