Compensation: PHP 50,000 + Performance Bonuses

About the Role

SmartScale360 is looking for an experienced Real Estate Inside Sales Agent to manage inbound and outbound leads, qualify prospective customers, schedule high-quality appointments, and drive sales opportunities for our U.S.-based client. This remote sales position is ideal for professionals with experience in appointment setting, lead generation, inside sales, and CRM management who enjoy working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Lead Conversion & Appointment Setting

  • Contact new inbound internet leads promptly to maximize conversion opportunities
  • Build rapport quickly and establish trust with prospective customers
  • Qualify homeowners based on company criteria
  • Schedule qualified in-home design consultations
  • Confirm appointments and proactively reschedule cancellations
  • Follow structured follow-up cadences to maximize lead conversion
  • Handle objections confidently and professionally
  • Follow up consistently until every opportunity has been fully exhausted
Lead & CRM Management
  • Manage new, aged, and inactive leads effectively
  • Re-engage cold and dormant opportunities
  • Maintain accurate and detailed CRM records after every interaction
  • Document conversations, customer needs, and follow-up activities
  • Ensure timely follow-up and prevent leads from being overlooked
  • Maintain organized pipelines and appointment schedules
Appointment Quality & Customer Experience
  • Focus on booking high-quality appointments with strong attendance rates
  • Minimize cancellations and no-shows through proactive communication
  • Build excitement and confidence before scheduled consultations
  • Set proper expectations for homeowners regarding the consultation process
  • Conduct appointment confirmations and reminder calls
Sales Process Improvement
  • Collaborate with leadership to improve scripts, messaging, and sales strategies
  • Share customer insights, trends, and feedback to improve conversion performance
  • Identify opportunities to improve contact rates, appointment quality, and overall sales effectiveness
  • Contribute ideas that enhance the customer journey and sales process
Leadership & Team Development (Growth Opportunity)
  • Assist in onboarding and training new appointment setters
  • Coach team members on objection handling and appointment-setting best practices
  • Review calls and provide constructive feedback
  • Monitor key performance metrics and accountability
  • Help develop scalable sales systems and processes

Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in inside sales, appointment setting, or outbound sales
  • Proven success converting inbound and outbound leads into qualified appointments
  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
  • Strong phone presence with confidence and professionalism
  • Experience handling objections and negotiating effectively
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and lead management platforms
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently while consistently achieving performance goals
  • Technology-savvy with the ability to learn new software quickly
  • Reliable remote work setup with strong internet connection
Nice to Have
  • Experience using GoHighLevel (HighLevel)

  • Background in home improvement, remodeling, bath remodeling, roofing, HVAC, solar, insurance, or real estate
