Real Estate Sales & Leasing Administrator - AU

Are you an experienced Real Estate Administrator who excels at both structured sales support and creative property marketing? We are actively building a talent pool of exceptional Remote Real Estate Sales & Leasing Administrators to support thriving property agencies across Australia and New Zealand (AU/NZ).

In this dynamic, work-from-home role, you will be the engine room of the sales and leasing department, taking charge of backend listing preparation, lead management, and digital campaign execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Property Campaign & Listing Management: Coordinate end-to-end property listings, upload marketing assets to major real estate web portals, and write compelling property copy.
  • Real Estate Sales Administration: Provide contract preparation support, maintain vendor and buyer databases, and process sales performance reports.
  • Digital Marketing & Design: Create high-quality digital brochures, stock lists, social media graphics, and execute EDM (email marketing) campaigns.
  • Client & Lead Nurturing: Track buyer and tenant inquiries, coordinate open-home scheduling, and manage CRM lead distribution effectively.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Experience: 3+ years of proven experience in Real Estate Sales Administration, Leasing Administration, or as a Real Estate Virtual Assistant (AU/NZ market experience is highly preferred).
  • Organizational Skills: Outstanding time-management abilities with a track record of thriving in a fast-paced, deadline-driven property environment.
  • Creative Capability: A strong creative flair with intermediate to advanced proficiency in Canva or Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop).
  • Tech-Savvy: High capability in navigating multiple software systems and maintaining meticulous data integrity.

Preferred Tech Stack Experience

(Experience with any of the following software is highly regarded)

  • Real Estate CRMs & Portals: VaultRE, PropertyMe, Rex, Agentbox, Salesforce, ActivePipe, NurtureCloud, Domain.
  • Design & CMS: Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, WordPress.
  • Workflow & Automation: Zapier, Monday.com, Asana, MS Office, and AI productivity tools.
