Role Description The Real Estate Virtual Assistant – REO Properties is a part-time remote role focused on supporting real estate professionals managing bank-owned (REO) properties. Day-to-day tasks may include updating property listings in MLS and other platforms, tracking key dates and status changes, coordinating inspections and maintenance, and managing documentation and compliance for each property.

The role involves responding to client and vendor inquiries, preparing basic reports and spreadsheets, organizing digital files, and ensuring accurate data entry across systems. The assistant will collaborate with real estate agents and brokers via email, messaging, and virtual meetings, maintaining clear communication and timely follow-up.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact professionally with clients, vendors, and team members.
  • Candidates should possess Real Estate knowledge, particularly REO or investment properties, and familiarity with listing platforms or MLS systems.
  • Candidates should possess Administrative Assistance and Organization skills to handle documentation, scheduling, data entry, and digital file management.
