READ THIS FIRST
We are not looking for someone to “help out for a few weeks.”We are a fast-growing U.S. home services company, and we are hiring constantly — technicians, installers, sales reps, support staff. Right now, hundreds of applications are sitting in our system that nobody has called back. Great people are slipping through the cracks because we do not have enough hands.
That is the job. You are the person who makes sure no good candidate goes unanswered.
If you like fast pace, clear checklists, talking to people, and seeing your work turn into someone getting hired — keep reading. If you want a quiet job where nobody notices you, this is not it.
WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY DO
Your day is simple, repeatable, and it matters:- Review new applicants every morning and sort them into “call now,” “maybe,” and “not a fit”
- Reach out to candidates fast — text, email, and phone — because speed wins hires
- Ask a short list of screening questions and record the answers accurately
- Book qualified candidates onto our hiring managers' calendars
- Send interview reminders so people actually show up (this is a big one)
- Keep our recruiting system clean — every contact updated, every stage correct, no ghost records
- Post and refresh job ads on Indeed and other job boards
- Follow up with candidates who went quiet (most hires come from follow-up #3, not #1)
- Send a short end-of-day summary: who you contacted, who booked, what's stuck
- Flag patterns you notice — “nobody's answering on Fridays,” “this ad gets no clicks” — we listen
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
You'll do great here if:- Your written and spoken English is clear and professional — you'll be talking to U.S. candidates daily
- You are organized to the point that it annoys your friends
- You follow up without being reminded
- You can handle rejection and no-answers without losing energy
- You are comfortable on the phone and don't freeze when someone picks up
- You can learn new software quickly (we use a CRM, Google Sheets, and job boards — we'll train you)
- You show up on time, every day, and communicate immediately if something changes
- Previous recruiting, HR, staffing, appointment setting, or customer service experience
- Experience with a CRM (GoHighLevel, Bullhorn, Workable, or similar)
- Experience working with U.S.-based teams
- Reliable high-speed internet plus a backup connection
- A quiet workspace and a working headset
- A computer that can run multiple browser tabs without dying
- Availability during U.S. business hours
- $5.00/hour USD to start, paid weekly and on time — every single week
- Full-time hours available (40 hrs/week) for the right person
- Performance raises based on results, not on how long you've been here
- Real growth path: Recruiting Assistant → Senior Recruiter → Recruiting Team Lead. We promote from inside — the people who started here are running things now
- Paid training and clear SOPs — you'll never be told “figure it out”
- Direct access to leadership. Small team, no corporate maze, your ideas get heard
- Long-term stability with a company that is growing, not shrinking
- Click Apply and attach your resume.
- In your message, start with the word PIPELINE so we know you read the whole post.

What system did you use?c) How soon can you start, and how many hours per week can you commit?
- Optional, but it moves you to the top of the pile: record a 60-second voice or video clip introducing yourself and telling us why you'd be good at this. Link it in your message.
