About the Role

We are looking for a meticulous and organized Recruitment Data Admin to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary guardian of our recruitment database. You will ensure that our candidate and client profiles are accurate, properly coded, and optimized for our recruiters. This is an essential role for someone who enjoys "Database Maintenance Excellence" and understands the value of clean data in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Hygiene: Identify, clean, and correct inaccurate data points on candidate and client profiles.
  • System Optimization: Code and categorize profiles within our cloud-based system to ensure high searchability.
  • Database Maintenance: Manage large volumes of information within a large-scale database, ensuring all entries meet company standards.
  • Team Collaboration: Work as a pleasant and collaborative team player to support the recruitment department’s data needs.
Required Qualifications & Skills
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of professional work experience.
  • ATS Proficiency: Proven experience working with Bullhorn or similar Applicant Tracking Systems / CRM software.
  • Technical Proficiency: Experience working within cloud-based systems and computer databases.
  • Data Expertise: Demonstrated ability to manage, clean, and maintain data integrity within a large-scale database.
  • Language Skills: High proficiency in English (written and verbal).
  • Soft Skills: Highly organized with a pleasant personality and a strong desire to work collaboratively.
Preferred Experience
  • Recruitment Familiarity: Prior exposure to recruitment data or candidate profiles is highly beneficial for understanding data context.
  • System Maintenance: Experience navigating and updating complex CRM systems to improve data accuracy.
Work Schedule:
  • Monday to Friday 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Philippine Time (may change depending on the business need)
Work Setup: Home-based
  • Must have at least 50mbps for both download and upload speed
  • Must have own laptop/PC
