Job Description Join the team redefining how the world experiences design. Hey, g'day, mabuhay, kia ora, 你好, hallo, vítejte Thanks for stopping by. We know job descriptions can feel a bit formulaic sometimes, but we promise Canva is anything but. If you're drawn to what we're building and you see yourself in this role, we'd love to hear from you. Where And How You Can Work This is a full-time, onsite role based at our Manila campus — the heartbeat of Canva's APAC presence. You'll be the person who makes this space work, and being in it every day is part of what makes that possible. What You'd Be Doing In This Role Canva's Vibe team exists to create environments that cultivate our culture and inspire every Canvanaut to do the best work of their lives. Space Creation sits within Vibe, and as Regional Facilities & Safety Lead, you'll own our Manila campus, support hubs across the APAC region, and help shape how Canva shows up in every space we occupy. This role sits at the intersection of operational excellence and cultural stewardship. The details matter here — because the details are what make a space feel like Canva rather than just an office. You'll keep our spaces safe, compliant, and running smoothly, while partnering with global teams on programs, fit-outs, and the kind of thoughtful improvements that Canvanauts notice and appreciate. At the moment, this role is focused on: Owning the day-to-day operations of Canva's Manila campus — ensuring it runs safely, smoothly, and genuinely reflects who we are Serving as the primary facilities and safety point of contact for APAC, supporting offices and hubs across the region Managing vendor relationships across cleaning, security, maintenance, and workplace services — holding partners to a high standard and continuously improving how we work together Ensuring full compliance with Philippine safety and regulatory requirements, including BOSH, DENR, and EHS obligations Leading construction and fit-out projects in the Philippines as Canva's core Space Creation representative, from planning through to handover Building a regional facilities playbook that documents how we operate across APAC — creating a foundation that scales as Canva grows Partnering with Global Facilities, Design, Build, and Experience teams to implement global programs and initiatives across the region You're Probably a Match If: You have significant experience in facilities operations, workplace safety, and vendor management in a multi-site or multinational environment You hold a BOSH certification and have relevant experience as a Safety Officer 3 (SO3), with the ability to serve as DENR Pollution Control Officer and Managing Head for Facilities and Safety You've led construction or fit-out projects before — ideally as the core representative — and you're comfortable owning a project from brief to handover You spot problems before anyone else notices them and you already have a plan to fix them You're as comfortable in the operational detail as you are presenting to a global stakeholder — and you bring the same standard to both You understand how workplace and facilities expectations differ across APAC markets, and you're energised by translating global standards into a local context that actually works About The Team Vibe is Canva's workplace experience team — the people behind the spaces where the magic happens. Space Creation sits within Vibe and is responsible for building, maintaining, and evolving our global campus portfolio. We care deeply about the details because the details are what make a space feel like home. If you're someone who believes that a well-run, thoughtfully maintained space is fundamental to great work, you'll fit right in. What's in It for You?
