Qualifications:
Registered Nurse with a valid PRC License.
Minimum of 3–4 years of relevant hospital experience in one of the following specialties:
Labor & Delivery (L&D)
Obstetrics and Gynecology (OBGYN)
Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU)
Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU)
Strong clinical knowledge and hands-on experience in the chosen specialty.
Experience working in a tertiary or specialty hospital is an advantage.
Excellent patient assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills.
Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary healthcare environment.
Compassionate, patient-focused, and committed to delivering high-quality nursing care.
Responsibilities:
Deliver safe, compassionate, and evidence-based nursing care to patients within the assigned specialty unit.
Assess patients' conditions, monitor vital signs, and accurately document nursing observations and interventions.
Administer prescribed medications, IV therapies, blood products, and treatments in accordance with physician orders and hospital protocols.
Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
Educate patients and their families on medical conditions, treatment plans, medications, and post-discharge care.
Operate and monitor specialized medical equipment used in critical care, maternal care, neonatal care, or pediatric intensive care.
Respond promptly to emergencies and provide appropriate nursing interventions while maintaining patient safety.
Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with hospital policies and healthcare regulations.
Ensure strict adherence to infection prevention, patient safety, and quality assurance standards.
Participate in continuous professional development, clinical training, and hospital quality improvement programs.
Support and mentor junior nursing staff when required.
Perform other nursing duties assigned by nursing supervisors and hospital management.
