Remote Admin Staff / Receptionist (WFH) (ServiceM8 experience REQUIRED)

An Australian roofing and home exterior company looking for a reliable part-time Admin Staff / Receptionist to support our team remotely.

This role suits someone with previous admin or receptionist experience, ideally within a roofing, trades, construction, or home exterior business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer customer enquiries and provide receptionist support
  • Gather customer details, including name and street address
  • Log and update information in ServiceM8
  • Manage scheduling and appointments
  • Provide general admin support to the team

Requirements

  1. Previous experience in a similar admin, receptionist, or scheduling role
  2. Experience in a roofing, trades, construction, or home exterior business is highly preferred
  3. Strong communication and organisational skills
  4. High attention to detail
  5. Experience using ServiceM8 (Required)
