Remote Automotive Parts Call Center Sales Specialist

Work From Home | Philippines Only | Full-Time | US Market

We are hiring experienced call-based automotive parts sales professionals for a fully remote, BPO-style role supporting customers in the United States.

This is a 100% desk-based / work-from-home position. There is no physical automotive work, warehouse work, installation, repair, or field activity.

What You'll Do

  • Handle inbound customer calls
  • Understand vehicle and parts requirements
  • Research and quote appropriate parts
  • Follow up with leads and close sales over the phone
  • Manage customer communication and order updates
  • Maintain accurate CRM records
  • Assist with post-sale customer concerns when required
Who We're Looking For You should ideally have previous remote, call-center, BPO, or inside-sales experience with a company selling used/recycled automotive parts to U.S. customers.

Strong preference for experience with:

  • Used engines and transmissions
  • Phone-based automotive parts sales
  • VIN and fitment identification
  • Hollander or similar interchange systems
  • Automotive parts quoting
  • Customer follow-up and closing
  • Warranty or returns support
General BPO experience without automotive parts experience is not sufficient.

You must have

  • Strong spoken English
  • Confidence handling U.S. customers by phone
  • Good sales and closing ability
  • Reliable internet and work-from-home setup
  • Availability for U.S.-aligned working hours
Compensation Competitive fixed salary plus performance incentives based on experience.
