Gabtech Global LLC is seeking a dedicated and professional Remote Bilingual Recruiting Assistant / Student Application Specialist based in Manila, Philippines. This full-time remote role is essential in supporting recruitment efforts and managing student applications to foster talent and promote educational opportunities. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews to streamline the recruitment process. Manage student applications ensuring accurate documentation and timely submissions. Communicate fluently in English and Spanish with candidates and internal teams. Maintain organized candidate databases and application tracking systems. Conduct preliminary candidate interviews and assessments. Prepare recruitment reports and analyze application trends to support decision-making. Collaborate with recruitment team members to improve processes and enhance candidate experience. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field. Fluency in English and Spanish, both verbal and written. Strong professional communication skills emphasizing integrity. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. Effective time management and prioritization abilities. Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software. 1-3 years of experience in sales or marketing roles preferred. This role reports directly to the Recruitment Manager and offers the opportunity to work within a dynamic, collaborative team committed to continuous improvement.
