About the roleWe are seeking an experienced Business Law Paralegal to support a U.S.-based Business Contracts Attorney. The role is fully remote and requires bilingual communication in English and Spanish, focusing on contract drafting, legal research, and document management.Key responsibilitiesDraft, review, and organize business contracts and related legal documents.Conduct legal research on U.S. Business Law matters.Assist attorneys with contract preparation, revisions, and document management.Maintain organized legal files, case records, and legal calendars.Communicate professionally with clients in both English and Spanish.Utilize legal software, CRM systems, and document‑management platforms.Provide general administrative and paralegal support as needed.Required profileMinimum 1 year of experience as a paralegal in a U.S. Business Law firm or supporting a U.S. Business Law practice.Bilingual fluency in English (C1 level or higher) and Spanish.Bachelor’s degree in Law or current enrollment in Law School.Strong legal research, writing, and document‑management abilities.Reliable high‑speed internet and a quiet, dedicated workspace.Required skillsLegal softwareCRM systemsDocument‑management platformsOnline communication toolsWhat we offerUSD 8–10 per hour, based on experience.Full‑time (40 hours/week) remote position.Healthcare insurance, paid time off, birthday and referral bonuses.Annual performance bonus, retirement plan, and career growth opportunities.
