Remote Data Audit Specialist

Location: Philippines – Remote

Employment: Full-Time

Salary: $400 USD/month

Schedule: Morning and Afternoon (No night shifts)

Job Description

We are looking for a reliable Remote Data Audit Specialist to join our team.

This is a non-voice, back-office position — no phone calls required.

Your responsibility will be to perform a second-level quality check on tickets that have already been reviewed and completed by other team members. Using our dashboard, you will compare the information entered on each ticket against the available images and confirm whether the ticket was completed accurately.

You will not be responsible for the initial review of incoming events. Your focus is on auditing completed work, catching missed errors, and helping us maintain a high level of data accuracy.

The work is straightforward and repetitive, but accuracy is very important. We are looking for someone who can remain focused while reviewing a large number of tickets and consistently spot small discrepancies.

Responsibilities

  • Audit tickets that have already been completed by another team member
  • Compare entered information against the images associated with each ticket
  • Check items such as license plates, unit numbers, trailer/container numbers, and other captured information
  • Identify missing, incorrect, or mismatched information
  • Confirm tickets that were completed correctly
  • Flag inaccurate tickets for correction or further review
  • Follow clear audit procedures and quality standards
  • Help identify recurring errors or quality issues when noticed
Qualifications
  • Basic written and reading English
  • Excellent attention to detail and visual accuracy
  • Comfortable performing repetitive computer-based work for an extended period
  • Able to compare information carefully and notice small differences
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
  • Previous experience in data entry, quality assurance, auditing, data verification, BPO, or administrative work is an advantage but not required
Equipment Requirements
  • Your own reliable computer or laptop
  • Stable high-speed internet connection
  • A larger monitor or dual-monitor setup is strongly preferred because the role involves comparing images and ticket information
Training will be provided. Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php26,000.00 per month
