Remote Data Entry Specialist - Assistant Administrator

We are looking for a detail-oriented Remote Data Entry Specialist to join our distributed team. Key Responsibilities

1) Data Entry and Record Maintenance

  • Maintain organized digital filing systems for efficient data retrieval.
2) Data Verification and Quality Assurance
  • Verify the accuracy of entered information before final submission.

  • Conduct routine data quality checks to maintain database reliability.
  • Ensure records follow established formatting and documentation standards.
3) Information Processing and Reporting
  • Process customer records, inventory details, financial transactions, and administrative documentation.
  • Work with spreadsheets, CRM systems, and specialized data entry software.
  • Generate reports or summaries for management review when requested.
  • Maintain structured datasets to support operational analysis and reporting.
4) Data Security and Compliance
  • Handle sensitive information with strict confidentiality.

  • Maintain high standards of accuracy when processing confidential information.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Typing speed of at least 50 words per minute with an accuracy rate of 98% or higher.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or similar spreadsheet tools.
  • Familiarity with database systems or CRM platforms.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and maintain productivity in a remote setting.
