Why This Role Matters The Order Management Specialist is the backbone of our revenue‑cycle operations. You will ensure that every invoice, purchase order, and subscription request is accurate, compliant, and delivered on time. By acting as a trusted liaison between internal teams, external customers, and managed service providers (MSPs), you help maintain the financial health of careerzynith while delivering a seamless experience for our clients. Key Responsibilities Invoice Accuracy & Validation Review and validate all order paperwork, ensuring completeness, correctness, and adherence to contractual terms. Contract Review Examine contracts for invoicing nuances, special subscription terms, payment schedules, and acceptance criteria. Console Access Management Provide customers with secure access to the careerzynith console, including single‑course uploads and multi‑tenant console creation. Quality Assurance Perform quality checks on invoices prepared by fellow Order Management team members before they are sent to customers. Tax Documentation Upload and maintain tax certificates to ensure compliance with regional tax regulations. Customer Communication Respond promptly to email inquiries related to console access, billing, or route them to the appropriate internal team. Order Entry & Processing Accurately enter and process incoming orders, applying presale payments to invoices as needed. Multi‑Tenant Management Create and configure multi‑tenant consoles for customers with child accounts, and move clients under their MSPs in bulk. Collaboration & Escalation Work closely with sales, finance, and technical support teams to resolve complex order issues and improve process efficiency. Essential Qualifications High School diploma or GED (or equivalent). Proficiency with Gmail, Google Docs, and the Google Workspace suite. Solid experience using Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel. Comfortable navigating web browsers such as Chrome, Edge, or Internet Explorer.
