Remote Phone Sales Representative – Auto Parts (Filipino Preferred)

We are an auto parts business looking for a reliable and confident Remote Phone Sales Representative to handle inbound and outbound customer calls, assist with parts inquiries, and convert leads into sales. We prefer candidates based in the Philippines with strong phone communication skills and prior call center or virtual assistant experience.

Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls from customers looking for auto parts
  • Make outbound calls to follow up leads and quotations
  • Assist customers in identifying and ordering correct parts
  • Provide pricing, availability, and delivery information
  • Enter orders and customer details accurately in the system
  • Follow up pending inquiries and close sales opportunities
  • Coordinate with the internal team regarding orders and stock
  • Maintain professional and friendly customer service at all times

Requirements

  • Prior experience in call center, phone sales, or VA phone support
  • Strong spoken English and clear phone voice
  • Comfortable handling high call volumes
  • Sales-driven and confident in closing deals
  • Good listening and problem-solving skills
  • Stable internet connection and quiet work environment
  • Reliable and punctual

Preferred (Advantage but Not Required)

  • Background in automotive or auto parts
  • Experience using CRM or order management systems
  • Experience with inbound sales or parts quoting
  • Knowledge of basic car components and terminology
