Client Overview:

We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Recruitment Support VA who will assist with email communication, candidate sourcing, recruitment progress reporting, and scheduling coordination.

This role is ideal for someone with experience in recruitment support or sourcing, particularly within the LatAm market, who is confident working independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Client Requirements:

  • Must be able to work 40 hours per week
  • Must be available to work 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific Time (US)
  • Must have proven experience in sourcing or recruitment (preferably LatAm market)
  • Must have strong familiarity with LatAm job portals and sourcing channels
  • Must have excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish
  • Must have excellent written English communication skills with strong grammar, no typos or misspellings, and the ability to write professional, human-written emails without relying on AI-generated or robotic responses
  • Must be proactive and able to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment
  • Must be comfortable handling recruitment coordination, reporting, and email 

Responsibilities/Tasks:

These are the tasks the VA needs to handle independently and confidently from day one:

Recruitment Support & Sourcing

  • Source and identify high-quality candidates across LatAm job portals and platforms
  • Collaborate closely with the recruitment team to align on hiring needs

Email Communication

  • Manage company email communications professionally and independently
  • Draft clear, human-written emails in line with tone and communication guidelines
  • Coordinate updates with candidates and internal team as needed

Nice-to-Have Experience (Responsibilities You Can Learn Over Time):

These tasks are valuable but can be trained on the job:

  • Prepare and maintain accurate recruitment progress reports by tracking candidate movement across stages and ensuring all data is complete and consistent before submission.
  • Assist with scheduling coordination, including calendar management, sending invites, rescheduling meetings, ensuring accuracy of appointments, and following up on pending responses
